scaly legs and wont move

i have a hen about a year old. lately shes not sitting on the roosting perches like all the other chickens are at night, shes lays down in the corner on the floor. so a couple of days later i find that she has all scaly brown legs and i dont know what that is?? i went down yesterday to lock them up and i find that shes standing still not moving outside the coop. so i went down this morning to feed them and she was inside the coop not moving so i took her out and put her on the grass with the others and fed them,she did not eat just stood there staring. her shape of her body is not right its bolging out at the front. what is wrong with her??
please help
