I think you should write each chickens name of a different 'bucket' that'll get them even more worried.

And have an empty pack of "secret recipe, finger lickin' chickin' coating powder" hanging above their dust bath area.

Then show up dressed in a white suit with a black bow-tie, wearing glasses and a false white beard - you'll be getting two eggs a day from each bird
