Scared!!! day 15 Incubator went to 39 degrees

Scared!!! day 15 Incubator went to 39 degrees, I have a Janoel 24 today is day 15, and it went to 39.0, can't figure out how to lower it to 38.0
..
Please help!

Sounds like you are using Celcius instead of Fahrenheit.
Not familiar with that brand.
Is your Janoel an automatic temp set by the factory?
May have to go to their website for override/reset instructions.
I bet @Texas Kiki could find it in a heartbeat!

In the meantime...
Might unplug it, wait 15 minutes and plug it back in...see what happens.
Eggs hatch under hens in above 100 degree weather. And hens leave their eggs to go eat, drink and eliminate and sometimes to dust bathe.
Your eggs might still hatch at the higher temperature but may do so a day early.
Maintain your humidity levels.

I am not familiar with the buttons on this particular bator...can you not just lower the temp with a knob or button?
