Well not really but while I was out taking care of my birds for the night I caught one of my roosters having a jolly ole time with a hen. They're almost 3 months old but I thought it would be quite a while yet before they start laying. Are they just practicing? Should I get nest boxes into the coop now? When will they start laying?

Different breeds lay at different times, but mine are all Bantams and have all layed around 24-26 weeks.

at 3 months...no, not yet, it won't be till they are at least 20 weeks, some older...
