Scary sight in my hatcher!

A Giant Naked Neck chick fresh out of the shell! A homely-looking little one, isn't it?

The hatch this week is going well, but early AGAIN!
Day 21 is Thurs.
Count with me --- I set them Thurs, 12/18. Today would only be Day 19, right?
I'm wondering if I should adjust the thermostat in the incubator. Thermometers read 99.5 at egg height.
Eggs grow well and hatch clean, but almost always EARLY. My hatches are usually done by early on Day 20.
It's most perplexing...

If you're getting a good hatch % wise, I'd leave things as they are, if they're hatching early and they're healthy - don't mess with it.
