Someone mentioned on this board that Schlect hatchery had meaties quite cheap. Being cheap, I did come calculations and found that they compare in price with Privet Hatchery here in NM. 50 meaties for 1.41 each when you figure in shipping. Now, my babies are just a couple of days old, so at the moment I can't say anything on growth. However, I can tell you that Schlect has fabulous customer service. Every time I spoke with them they were extremely pleasant. My babies shipped out during a heat wave and yet all but one made it. Not too darn bad! They even put in a couple of extras because they were traveling so far.
