Spencer smiled "See, willing to learn. That's more than some regular people are able to muster" He looked around, searching for the car
She nodded thoughtfully. She adjusted the strap of her shoulder pack. She rolled her sore shoulders. "And at least I'll have a warm bed to sleep on. I guess it has become tiresome to sleep on the ground and in trees." She muttered.
 
Amber sat under a tree, crying. She was scared and confused and frightened of what she had done, but couldn't run anymore.
 
Dylan stood and stepped back, shifting to his human form and sitting back down, tiredly "You are hard to keep up with, you know that" He said and smiled at her.
Erin tried not to stare. "No one's ever told me that. I wasn't the one who ran off." She said pointedly. Sitting down across from him and hugging her bag to her chest, ready to listen to whatever he might say, feeling too tired of all this to try and fight it.

"Sorry about that. I'm Dylan. I come from the School of the Gifted where mutants are taught to control their powers so they can live as normally as they want to."
 
"Sounds more like a summer camp that you're advertising." Erin mused. "I don't have any 'powers'" She said more seriously. "I don;t know why you're contacting me."
"The professor said something about the internet and radio. You can hear them in your mind, like he can hear thoughts and speak to others" Dylan said and shrugged "Compared to living out here alone it is a summer camp, just permanent and open year round to the students."
