School of the Mutants ~ RP ~ players needed

Luna headed outside to the forest, the side were the trees were thick, but there was room for flying. She needed to get her mind off of her nightmare, and practicing some of her flying moves was a good way to do so. She unfolded her wings and rose a few feet in the air. She flew forward towards the forest, wings outstretched to their full length. At the last second, before she crashed into the trees, he tucked her wings back against her sides, shooting head first into the forest. She turned to her side, her wings snapping out and helping her to steer through the trees. There was a clearing and she leveled out, her wings at an angle as she flew. Just before she hit the tree line again, she tucked her wings in and shot into the trees like a bullet.

After his shower, Ryan decided that he wasn't tired...he was curious about his new home.
He left his room and decided to give himself a little tour. As he wandered through the halls, it wasn't long before he heard someone coming. He stepped into the shadows and put up an illusion that he wasn't there...out of habit.

Angelos passed, "Girls. People. Feelings. Stupid. I'm stupid. Should've just left. Then I wouldn't be in that mess."

Ryan watched him walk past him, happy his instincts had kicked in so well...but he gloated to soon
His illusion started to shimmer and betray his position. In vain he tried to keep it up but his form was slowly appearing as the illusion dissipated. He muttered a soft curse under his breath.

Angelos twisted and saw Ryan, his fists raised instinctively. He lowered them when he recognized Ryan as a student. "Want a tip? Surprising someone around here can be dangerous. Especially if that's me."

(He doesn't like being surprised.)

Luna finally landed in a clearing, tucking her black wings against her back as she looked around, her eyes wide with awe. It was beautiful. She hadn't realized she had gone so far away from the School. But she had found such a beautiful area. Especially in the evening light:

400

She sat down on the single bench, looking out across the lake. She felt a sense of peace here, being able to be alone. She lived all the colors here, reds, greens, yellows and oranges. She sat back and hugged her legs to her chest, sighing as she rested her chin on her knees as she stared out at the lake.
