how can I find scientific articles on hatching eggs? I searched about that! but I couldn't found new articles! all of them are old!
I need some new information on hatching eggs, hatchery problems and etc.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for. If there are specific topics, you'd be best off searching for them specifically (e.g. "embryo mortality poultry journal"). If this is to address your own hatching issues, be aware that eggs have not actually changed much in the last thousand or million years and thus older articles are just about as good as more recent ones

If OTOH you are trying to survey the current state of the field, try adding "2007" or some other recent year into your search terms.

Or, if you just want some general idea of what's going on in the field, look at the titles or abstracts of what's being published in relevant journals e.g. International Journal of Poultry Science and I am sure there are a whole lot of other ones too. For instance, here is what you get when you google < hatching eggs poultry journal abstract 2007 > :
http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=hatching+eggs+poultry+journal+abstract+2007&btnG=Search&meta=

Good luck,

Pat

Being that the chicken nor the egg hasn't changed much in the last couple hundred years we have found that the "old" information is very accurate, They stress proper care, balanced feeding and range type rearing not the "new" way of antibiotics and close confinement..... something to think about.
