Scissor beak (four week old chick)

We have two jubilee orpingtons. One has a scissor beak (happened rather quickly) the other one, so far, is fine. Besides gently trying to massage it, is there anything else to try? Will watch the other one too, but hopefully she won't have the same issue.

There is no real cure for scissor beak, just to get deeper feeders and perhaps wetter food.

My quail copes okay bless him just make sure eating drinking okay filing and trimming beak when needed... Is it wrong I called him Edward scissor beak lol xx
