Scissor beak help

I have a chick(at what age do the become pullets?)
Here's a list of chicken age/gender terms:

Chick = baby (either gender)
Pullet = young female (from hatch up to 1 year)
Cockerel = young male (from hatch up to 1 year)
Hen = adult female (1 year and older)
Rooster or Cock = adult male (1 year and older)
Chicken = all of them, no matter what age or gender

We've had 2 chicks with scissor beak. We moistened their food with water to make it easier to scoop up. Both grew fine and are several years old now - the scissor beak corrected over time and both eat regular food now and you can't tell they ever had an issue. One was like yours and one was a bit milder. If its hot where you are, just keep spoilage in mind with wet food - maybe change it 2x a day? Good luck!
