My Rooster herds up the farmers chickens from next door, and the farmer said we could keep them. Today I noticed her beak but I’m not sure if it’s scissor beak or if they messed up when clipping her beak?

Looks like she was debeaked, which is when the beaks are trimmed permanently to prevent pecking and cannibalism when birds are kept in crowded conditions. It's also possible that it is the result of an injury at some point. You can do a search for articles on the practice of debeaking. The birds are able to adapt usually. Raising feeders and waterers up to shoulder height can help them scoop with their lower beak. If you find she has difficulty still then making a mash with the feed makes it easier to pick up also. She will have a harder time pecking things up from the ground.
