Scissor Beak?

Good Morning!,
I have a 2.5 month old EE that started to show signs of a beak deformity at a few weeks. I believe this would be constituted as scissor beak from what I am reading however the beak does not cross at all, it simply wont close all the way. The upper beak looks more like a hawk or bird of prey and is sharply curved downward and the lower beak seems relatively normal. She is growing well with the rest of the flock. I do see that she has a harder time to pickup things of course but she can drink fine and is definitely getting food. I am seeking advice as far as should we leave it alone completely or should we try to trim the beak at all to allow it to close better? I am just unsure if we do trim it is it something we should do as early as possible or can it be done anytime and we should just wait and see if it becomes an issue further down the road?

Thanks for any advice.

Found one. As you can see from this the top part curves down sharply and the bottom cannot come up enough to close. The beak is aligned it just cant close. so I was thinking it was scissor beak that just hasn't crossed yet maybe or if this is something different and a trim will help her out?

I just noticed this same thing on my EE, same color as yours, tonight when she wouldn't go for any of the treats like the others did. I tried giving it to her out of my hand but she just put her beak on it, couldn't get anything, and gave up. She’s only 9 weeks old, would this have been congenital or acquired?
