I’m not an educator here but I think you’ve done a good job maintaining her beak. I’ve heard them tell people to give wet feed in a container deep enough so it’s easy to scoop with a problem beak. Which you already do so there’s nothing I can add except a good job so far! I hope the vet can help you!

Her beak looks pretty good and it's a fairly mild case, so as long as she's not struggling too much to eat/drink she should do fine with the maintenance you're already doing.
