I am so excited! We just got two chicks that we will add to our current flock of 5 but until they are old enough they are going to need a coop of their own.

Well look at what I just got for free...

Well I guess really I need to make a final decision on what coop I am going to build, there are so many small coops that I love.

Any favorite coop designs that are small and easy access for cleaning? Planning to use sand.

Wow! What a terrific haul! I wish I could suggest a coop but I have so many favorites on this site and most of them are larger coops. Good luck finding the perfect coop design and enjoy the build!

Awesome score! Seems to me like you've got a bit of tetris to play, it will be tough to have a solid plan with all that different sized lumber. Get a GENERAL idea of what you want and then start nailing stuff together.
