Scratch and peck organic/GMO free feed!

    My scratch and peck feed just arrived! It was only ~$18 on Amazon but after shipping is was almost twice that [​IMG]. Hopefully I will be able to find someone locally that carries it because for $30 / 25 LBS its not what you would call a bargain. I was inspired to buy this after I read a thread on making your own feed at home.

    Anyhow, I'll try to post some picks of the feed tomorrow and follow up after we give it to the girls for a while.

    Try www.azurestandard.com and see if they have a local drop in your area (or start one!). Lots of feed choices - organic/non-gmo, soy-free... $30 will easily get you 50lbs. Search "poultry" as "chicken" doesn't bring up all the options.
