I agree that New hampshire boy is stunning - does always hold his tail that way? Or jsut in the photo! NELLA!?!?!?
You have a roo life saving to do - where are you? LOL

I'm gonna send pix of him to my judge friend who had a lot to say about the Doug Akers line of NH....mostly along the lines of "fix their tail angle and they would be PERFECT" and "if you decide to sell yours, let me know" lol.

I do love his look and poophead roosters don't live long here.....so good temperament is nice. I will send pix over now.....

No you don't Kathy, those pullets are MINE!

UM, I think my roos look good, I do have lower tail angles on at least two of them at this point. I would have to go home and look tonight, but I recall thinking the tail angles on all four were good when I was evaluating a week or two ago- I can get pictures tomorrow if it would quit raining. Soggy birds do not photograph well. Does that good tail angle involve a bit longer looking back?

Heck no heifer, those pullets are MINE.

I did put the pix on fb for now and sent him a link to them....but considering I only got 1 decent boy out of the last batch, I would guess I should take him just in case the 1 growing out doesn't end up any good.

Beth, get pix of yours.....nice side pix like kathys. Mark them 1, 2, 3, 4.....then I will send them to my friend and let him rank them....

Yes! That was FussyButt and her sister, GimpyGirl all those years ago! I so loved watching them when they went broody. Such a shame that I never had fertile eggs for them to set at the time. Now Gimpy is gone, and Fussy is beyond that age.

Gotta love that Nugget when she's broody though! I so wish Fussy would do it just one more time.

I know she'd make the most wonderful mommy the world has ever seen.
