Just left courtroom, charges lowered on one, one dismissed and prosecutor does not.like me...imagine that. I am sooooo hurt.....NOT! Getting breakfast and then home.

Conspiracy gone...uniform junk lowered to a misdemeanor....

Good with it...they will lose that battle if they do not dismiss it. They would have lost the conspiracy bigtime and they figured that out finally. Next is pre trial conference Feb 28 if not dismissed by then on misdemeanor

I haven't seen any swaps going on here, but I'm always willing to trade. I've got to order some chick boxes since it seems shipping chicks is less hassle and just as easy as eggs. Meg isn't as bad as she sounded, I guess. She seems almost fine. She's eating and breathing normally 99% of the time, so maybe it was just a touch of pneumonia starting up from her sitting on the cold, damp ground like she's been doing so much lately. Will keep her in overnight till it warms up some during the day tomorrow (tonight, the bottom drops out on temps and I think it's best she stay in and miss that). Whew! She still isn't laying so dealing with that, but guess she'll be sticking around longer.

Ellie still laying! Amazing, isn't it? That girl truly looked like she was a goner for months, like a walking skeleton.

She doesn't act real friendly but everyone loves her too. I don't know how I managed to snag her, but I have no regrets.
