Thanks, I was so hoping for more to hatch, but guess I should count myself lucky.
 
My four NHs are just a week old so too early to tell about them. I don't plan to keep a male from that breed. Would love if at least two of them were pullets. I'm going to move them out of the brooder into the main coop area tomorrow. I have seen evidence that chicks grow much better when exposed to actual sunlight rather than artificial light and I want them to get all that sunshine from that huge window in the new coop.
 
Here are my new Icelandics! Snow and Romeo ...... They both have slight feathering on their legs, too .... well, stubbles anyway. WOOO HOOO, I am gonna make some crested Icelandics now! Snow just started laying a few days ago, and Romeo is trying to.... well, you know!
