Got a few more eggs on the bator on lockdown this weekend

Out of all my eggs to hatch I now have one lavender orp, 4 white orps from hinkjc. I have 5 Norwegian Jaerhons, and 2 Dominiques. I have 15 Del, 6 GNH, and 2 SLW from Kathyinmo. Wow!! Chicks are everywhere. There are all within one week of each other. I hope to combine them at the end of the week. I still would like to have some English mix buffs by fall and maybe some Swedish Flower hens and faverolles too. But not till I get some freed up space. I will be keeping only two of each except the GNH and maybe the Del or Orp. of my choice for a roo too..

She has most likely over " nothing in moderation"ed. She is a non stop whirlwind .

Thanks for the info. I was just sitting here feeling that perhaps she'd abandoned us like Speckledhen. I'm not ashamed to say I'm still hurting over that.

Since my last post.
I hatched 24/30 in the incubator. Mostly EE's. The broodies are everywhere but hatching is not. 5 BM's out of six from one hen and I have taken two or three from others. BR hen hatched out one and I'm not too disappointed except that I had to toss more than a dozen eggs.

Good news is the BR rooster was seen dancing with one of the hens and it just occurred to me it might be their skirts as to why I'm not seeing more fertile eggs.

Maybe its time for some feather trimming about the bottom!!!

. With these wide busseled ladies and gents the feathers do get in the way some times.

Been the broken ribs route and can tell ya she got to be a hurting puppy coughing with pneumonia.
She really doesn't do anything in Moderation does she?
