I can't put wire over it because it is too big. That pen is about 30 feet wide by 50 feet long. I can probably put fish line like I did before on another pen the owl had killed in.

Maybe you could set up something in side the pen, a small square of fence that's covered for them to sleep in. A little cheap hoop coop. Just a thought.

I've had the same issue lately, something getting in and killing my youngsters and mine are covered.....it was an opossum!!! Stinking things

I have a pretty sure way to get rid of them....PM me if you need info

Did the possum dig under? Several years ago before we put the electric up a possum dug under our fence and killed a bird. We put the kill in a trap and caught the possum.
