Aside from Pepper and BB (Big Boy) from Canada, I will be officially "rooster poor" this Saturday. I have no BR roos, only 2 CRs from the Ohio strain, and 2 trios of those are going this Saturday....

BTW - Ms Lily (rescue kitty) is officially King LOUIE....oh well, guess we won't have to worry about kittens

Some hunter you are Scott!! You mean to tell me you forgot to look for the acorns??

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Cetawin: Sounds wonderful. Now if there were just a single TSC in all of Washington State!

*sigh* Someday...some day! Although...there is Del's Feed and Farm Supply. They are owned by TSC, even though they go by their original name still. Long story........ I'll check with them today LH. I have to call them anyhow about acquiring Marek's vaccine for GeeGee's possible hatch in about 2 more weeks.

Did I just say 2 more weeks? OMG! I did! *runs off in a panic to check the calendar.......................*

Ummmm...errrrmmm....uuuuuhh...eat them?

Though if it were me, I'd be terribly tempted to cross them back over their mothers. Never know what ya might get. Who's our resident genetics expert around here? I'd ask them what they think we might end up with egg color wise. Any color other than brown or white, I should think would be a winner! Love those blue/green eggs!

Nella!!!! NEEEEEELLLLAAAAABEEEAAANNN!!! Where are you when I need you woman!?!?!? Can you please email me a set of your plans and material list for that double decker brooder of yours? I think I might need to build one for GeeGee. Looks like it also makes an awesome hospital coop. Thanking you in advance sweetie!

Scott,
King Louie will bring in his sweethearts and they will have kitties under something lying about your yards, or in my case under the steps. Better to take care of the Ummmm
acorn problem now with the vet.

Now to keep our fingers crossed and say a little prayer that this does the trick.

Between the bleach and the Tylan 50 that we're going to initiate a 10 day injected regimen on starting tonight, surely whatever this crud is will be gone in just a few days.
