He just joined today. I think that he's the same one who was banned yesterday or the day before, and is back. Oh great.

That's great, Cyn. Can't wait to see him poof!

Laura, how much doesshipping cost? Teehee.

Ah Kathy I have not taken any pain medication yet...was going to and changed my mind. Does not matter...because if those boys leave Cyn's they come here anyway. Suede for me and Ike for DH. I would not mind having the greatest roo on the planet (Suede) and his back up (Isaac).

See ya'll gotta learn to stake your claim sooner... I claimed Suede immediately and the rest of her birds, excluding the rooster eating dellies, soon thereafter. Just told her right out if you ever want if need to rehome him...I will take him. I just kerp adding to the list.

Yup, both Suede and Isaac are spoken for, have been for years.

This economy is just killing us. Something has to give. We've given up cell phones years ago, all pay TV, drive ancient vehicles that only require liability insurance, have cut our life insurance payout amount in half, don't drink, don't smoke, etc. What else can go? Guess I could dump internet, but soon, no one will be able to pay their bills unless they have internet. Military retirees have had no cost of living increase in two years and they're taking more out of the check soon, but gas is now over $3/gallon, yet again. The house is tiny and cheaper than the last two places we had; payment is way less than rent anywhere, even though the house payment has gone up by $40/ mo due to rising insurance and property taxes, but we couldn't move in this economy unless someone wants to buy this little mountain hobby farm. Electricity has gone sky high, too. It's depressing. It's no wonder folks are just dumping their bills and losing their homes. I'd love to have no house payment at all-we may need that money just to buy groceries and gasoline soon. Tons more money flowing out, but no more coming in. Eventually, if it gets much worse, we'll have to abandon the house to the bank and move into a tent on the land nextdoor that we own outright.

At least, no one can take that from us if we pay the taxes on that 3 acres, but man, it would be rough looking up the hill and seeing MY house and MY coops being enjoyed by someone else every day while I live in a Una-Bomber tent. I don't like to rant about something I can do nothing about, but I feel like we're in a vise and someone is turning the screw on us a little bit more every day.
