I could swear that I posted to this thread Saturday morning! I'll be darned if I can find it now. And now I can't even remember what the heck I said! Oh well....must not have been all that important anyhow!

Laura, congrats on that box full of sweetness from Kathy. I just know each and every single one of them are going to grow into beautiful, healthy birds! To this day, Maggie and Cosette are the most robust and healthiest of all of my girls!

Kathy sure gave them an awesome start in life and it shows in those two girls every day. Thanks again Kathy!!! And no, I'm NOT gonna stop saying it! I love those two goobers to pieces and I can't thank you enough for sending them to me Kathy!!!

Cyn, that coop is looking real good there lady! You and Tom have done a wonderful job! Now, when is it you're planning on coming up here to build mine? Don't forget to send me a materials list before you come so I can have everything ready!

Sarah, if I could, I'd take every single one of those little fur balls off of your hands! I love kitties! Mankind has yet to build a more reliable and efficient mouse trap, IMHO!!!

We had a horrible storm! Some folks had baseball size hail, even. No power outage this time. New coop got the leak test and passed with flying colors, but it may be two weeks before we can paint the exterior since we are in an on-again, off-again rainy pattern.

Awww! Ain't they such cute little tiny goobers!! Thanks LH! I really did want to see what newly hatched Serama look like. They're so little!!!

Cyn!! Wow!! Baseball sized hail?? OMG! Where does one effectively hide from baseball sized hail?!?! Ya sure wouldn't want to be out in the green house, that's for sure!

Glad to hear that you didn't get anything nearly that bad. That kind of weather is just down right scary! And hey! At least now you can skip the hose test on the roof of the new coop!

Hope things dry out for ya real soon so you and Tom can get a coat or two of paint on the new coop. What color is it gonna be?

It's going to be the color I have available, which is the same color as Suede's coop, Fog Bank (greenish-gray) with Victorian Garnet trim. I have one unopened gallon of each so, by default, that's the color scheme. If I run out, I'll use something else on the back. I think I have some gray from another project somewhere.

I have 4 wee ones now....2 black and white and these last two look grey or blue, they are in the middle f the box and still damp
