I am currently incubating eggs for a local duck owner, Khaki Campbells to be exact. I checked the eggs after he dropped them off and found a few with cracks but one that looked saveable. I cleaned it all up, even alcohol swabbed the crack site to remove bacteria that might get trapped. I then melted crayon wax and poured it over the crack to cover all the edges. I did this in the past and it was a successful hatch so i figured this little egg was worth a try too
.
Here we are on day 9 and it's growing right along with the rest of the eggs!
