I've been trying for a LONG time to get some Jaerhon pullets. Seriously I've had 4 failed attempts this year alone. I'm very flexible on age, chicks to old biddies are totally fine! They don't need to be nice enough to show either- I'm going to use them for a small info booth at a local Syttende Mai festival and as pets. Somebody HAS to have some to spare! Please let me know any leads- I am in SC Wisconsin but willing to travel a ways or pay shipping!

Did you try looking up the breed at the www.feathersite.com website? they will often list breeders . is there a national Club you can get ahold of that has a breeders directory?

I did, thank you. There are no breeders listed, and I can't find any mention of a club (anywhere).

I found very few places.
-Roseland Haven Farm in Florida. A tropical storm went through her area and her birds are barely laying right now. She will ship.
-Black Diamond Hatchery in California is selling their remaining stock and discontinuing their breeding program. They do not ship, they may know another breeder in their area (who also does not ship).
-What da Flock in Wisconsin breeds and ships. Flooding took out most of their birds this summer.
-Ideal Poultry in TX has them, all out for 2017. I ordered from them in the spring and every pullet I ordered turned out to be a roo.
-Sand Hill Preservation (in Iowa I think?) breeds the Flame variety and ships. They are sold out until end of May 2017.

Sorry about your rooster. Mine died last week, poor guy keeled over in his sleep.
