I was thinking pre seasoning before butchering lol

I keep telling people who want to feed chickens a lot of herbs to save it for when they're being cooked.

(I throw herb trimmings into the run and the birds won't touch them. I presume that the oils are too strong for their tastes).

When I did as a teenager, my father raised a few cows…as a joke I’d occasionally grab a bottle of BBQ sauce when I was heading out to take care of the cows to “start marinating”.
