I just hatched seb geese, Im wondering what temp. the broader should be at. I have chick starter should I add water to it. They hatched early early this morning.

Great Lorrie. Waterfowl starter is about 30% protien. Chick starter is only 20%. You might outta pick up some 30% early next week. Doesn`t need water added, just lots of water available. Waterfowl are very messy. Never incubated goslings, so dunno about temps. I love goslings........Pop

I used chick starter with my ducks and it never made a difference. They may just grow a bit slower which sometimes isn't such a bad thing.
 
Brooder temp should be 95 and big enough so the goslings can move away from the heat if they get to warm.
I forgot to tell you they are beautiful. Congrats. Also I think you should get waterfowl starter as most chick started is medicated and they don't need that. Also give them fresh greens a couple of times as day. They love anything green.
