Sebastopol eggs quit halfway

I had 6 Sebastopol eggs shipped and to my surprise all of them were developing. I was pretty excited and now unfortunately if appears that they have all died and stopped developing. Why would this happen? I have a nr360 incubator. Did it have a spike in temperature or something without me knowing? Could it have been from the humidity dipping too low? I want to order more, but obviously don’t want this to happen again. Any advice is appreciated!
