Sebright Chick with red butt

Hi, I just got 3 sebright chicks from the pet store yesterday and one of the seem to have a sore bottom. What should I do?

Is it sticking out or just irritated? I'd definitely seperate if other chicks are pecking at it

Hard to tell from the picture but could be a prolapse vent

Thank you for your response. It looks ok today. So maybe it is straining or the result of a pasty butt.
