Sebright or?

This is what my d'anver looked like as a chick but I believe it to be a sebright! It's my buddies and he doesn't have a BYC account so I'm trying to figure it out! Thanks let me know what it is.

From the feathers that I can see, I would agree that it is a Sebright.
