Are Sebrights generally a small breed? My mother in law just traded a rooster for a female Sebright and the lady said she was born in April but she seems SOOOO tiny! We have chickens born in April and they are way bigger!

Probably should have looked into that before the trade lol. My mother in law wanted another full size egg layer, she already has 3 silkies that will be laying tiny eggs. Oh well, she's a pretty bird none the less!

Same with Old Englishes, which I breed, lol. I would raise OEGB chicks every year, and make about $75 off of them every year, but then...the market became flooded, now I can't hardly give the things away!

@Poultrybreeder we wanted another female for egg laying, she has 15 chickens, 4 of them were roosters, that and he kept coming onto my land pushing my chickens way from their food and water and scaring the younger chickens. :barnie
