I had read that the white ones are leghorns. I've also read a few threads where the browns were New Hampshires, RIR crosses, and a few other things. I think the ones at both stores are brown.And the do make the best soup if roasted first!!!
Raz-- the white eggs are leghorns which are the very good layers; the darks are IDK but are sure to be excellent layers. I can't get fertile eggs here. I tried looking at several likely stores, nada.
