She's so tiny and adorable. I couldn't go with them to the hospital this morning because of how run down I've been feeling lately, but mom too lots of pics so I could see her. I'm going with them the next time they go so I can see her myself.

Ducks:
Calls-mixed colors covered by white drake
Runners-mixed colors from SQ stock
Pekins

LF Chicken:
EE roo over assorted layers to make EE babies

Bantam chicken:
Blue Silver Duckwing Ameraucana roo over EE hens

Quail:
Coturnix, mixed color flock of jumbos & regulars

Sucker got me for the last time this morning. He was in the cage all day and butchered by 4PM. Have to say it goes a lot easier when you are not worried about the skin.

Yinepu I have a harder time butchering the hens because they at least have earned their feed. I don't mind butchering the cockerels I am growing out for meat. I enjoyed taking care of Randy today have to say

lol.. I've been helping with butchering birds since I was 3 when i had to hold the heads down while my mother swung the axe.. also gutted them at 3 cause my hands were nice and small... so I guess that's why it doesn't bother me one way or another

as my husband says.. "they all look like dinner"
