I've been watching my air cells and keeping the humidity around 40-55%, at times it dropped to <20% when I was at work. Are these air cells too small for being day 14-15?

I have 9 or 10 hatched with more pips and I came home to both Turkeys hatched!

Bought these today at the auction. Paint was still tacky. I'm going to use them for my bantam hens. They seem to not like what is out there for laying eggs, so thought they'd like these.
