Second broody hen

My RIR hen has been sitting for 24 days now and no chicks have hatched. How can I tell if they are gonna? I had one rotten one today

then what are you wanting to know they either hatch or she ends up spending the rest of her life trying to hatch them. just put some other eggs in to replace them.
