Second hatch-- Have questions-- what is going on??????

They are flat. I changed the temp to 37.5C and the humidity to 70%. Today is the last day for them to hatch, they are rocking and moving but barely pipping.

It can take up to 24 after pipping to hatch.
Its usually around 12. After pipping is when they are drawing in the yolk sac and resting up before zipping.
Zipping itself usually goes pretty quickly once its started but the pipping stage itself is slow.
Day 21 is just a guide, they can hatch anywhere from day 19-24 on average its 21 days.
Alot depends on how steady the incubation enviroment was.
Alot of temperature fluctuations will increase or decrease the time inside the egg.
Hope everything goes smoothly for the rest of your hatch.

Are you are going to hand turn the eggs or do you have a turner? If you are going to hand turn them, I would turn them around 7 am, 3pm and 11pm. Also I would put an X on one side of the egg and an O on the other side of the egg and always turn the eggs in the same direction so that at 7am all of the X's are up, at 3pm the O's are up and 11pm the X's are up. Then the opposite the next day. Just my suggestions. Here are a couple of pictures a friend of mine took to illustrate.

I have an R-Com 20 so it does everything except keep track of the days. This is my first time using it and I noticed the temperature goes down at night by a degree or two. If anyone has this incubator is there a way to fix this fluctuation? I re calibrated it according to its directions provided. Still having fluctuations.
