I'm pretty sure our bantam cochin roo was showing his saddle feathers by that age, so I'd agree, looks like a pullet.

Definitely a pretty little lady. All of my cochin boys were NOT shy about sprouting a huge red mohawk as soon as they could muster up the energy (by week 4 usually).
