My BSL and Golden Comet pullets are just over 17 weeks old. Got my second egg today, not sure who from...

The two middle eggs in the picture came from the pullets, the two outer eggs are from my adult layers. Will the eggs get bigger as the pullets continue to mature?

Nice looking eggs!
Yes, you have Pullets that started laying at 17wks, their eggs will be smaller than your Adult Layers' eggs. As your Pullets mature the eggs will gradually get larger.

18 weeks now with my two layers, no change in size yet.

I am getting anxious for the rest to start laying and get larger eggs.

Some of ours started laying around 17-18 weeks. If I remember right, the eggs were small for a few weeks.

My chicks started laying at exactly 17 weeks. We started hearing all kinds of strange noises coming from the coop and sure enough we found some surprises. We have a buff orpington, 2 easter eggers, and a black sex link. All are laying now. We have had an assortment of sizes. My buff laying the largest eggs. So much fun!
