Does anyone know what predator might being doing this? My guess it's some type of hawk or owl. Some photos are graphic...

Sorry to see that your chickens were attacked.
My guess is because the head looks somewhat chewed that it is not a bird.

An owl would swoop down and pop heads off but the mesh of your fencing looks like decent predatory bird protection.
It looks like some kind of weasel or marsupial.

Definitely not a bird of prey.

I'd say it might be a weasel or something else in the mustelid family (mink, ferret, etc). Weasels will kill as many birds as they can and then one by one drag them back to their burrows. Put the dead bird in a trap and see what you catch overnight.

Also weasels usually kill by biting the head or neck, so that is what I think.
