Second times the charm?? I hope.

So here is my RIR, Americauna, Buff and Cochin. This is the second batch I got from a local lady and we are trying for pullets. Can anyone give advice if any of these are roosters? The red and white are very laid back and will let me hold them as long as I want. The other two are rarely skiddish but the Americauna has just begun to charge at me and peck. She also did the same to my little chihuahua today as they were free ranging in the backyard. Any advice would be great!
