Secret Gardens of the Emerald Coast- Some photos and info on what I saw

Garden 6: Medlock Garden

This garden was nice and well groomed. I like the more tropical gardens better so this one was not my favorite, but it was a nice garden.

Here is the house. It looks very dark in the picture but it was a nice wood house and the lawn is really nice!

I havent been to Boo for you..... yet. Ha! ha! So far no problem on the passion fruit but I would think the vine would die back if we get a hard freeze but I dont know to just what extent. A friend of mine said he saw a whole 100 foot fence line of it up in middle Arkansas wirth a bunch of fruit on it. I bet that was truly a sight to see. I always bring in a coupla little starter vines inside anyway just in case. Ill give em away in the spring once I see mine sprouting up. I really need to get to work building a green house. Its getting where Im running out of sheets, blankets and stuff to cover up all my tropicals. That second to the last pic you posted of those blue lilies of the Nile is nice . I have a variety that comes from Louisiana my brother gave me a coupla years back called "elena". It will blow your mind how intense the purple coloration is. I will post a pic of them here when it blooms. Which will be probably be in a week or less.
