Seed Sprouting

Does anyone here sprout seeds? Is there a list of sproutable seeds. I am currently sprouting wild bird seeds for my birds.

I have done it for years, have a jar going now. The trick for me at least is finding untreated seed for sprouting for people.. I bought my last batch on Amazon.

I think it's more a matter of which seeds make sprouts that taste good. I see there is a website called sproutpeople.org. Looks legit, I think, and my software checker says it's safe.

I read milo seed sprouts are toxic. Thats runs the whole bunch my birds cant eat now.
