How far are you willing to travel to pick chicks up? He is in MI as well. He does not sell eggs but he does sell chicks. I'm hoping to pick some up next month. These are from John Blehm...very nice birds

I think you have to order at least 10 from him. I am only interested in a very few, as I have several laying hens now, of other breeds. I know he has beautiful birds. I may have to see if he has any culls he would sell in a smaller order. Thanks for the info!

You may want to check with shelleyb1969 - she has a blue wheaten rooster and a splash wheaten pullet - they're beautiful, and she's planning on increasing her flock this year. I don't think her pullet is laying just yet, but she should have eggs at some point this summer.
