Seeking MD residents for Brunswick Ordinance Change

Seeking Maryland Residents! After I dig out of the snow.....I will officially start my journey to change the anti- chicken ordinance in Brunswick, Maryland (Frederick county). I am seeking residents, or others uniquely qualified to asssist, experts, chicken activists, legal eagles..what ever. I am also extremey interested in visiting an estabished, local urban or backyard operations so I can get some hands on experience to take to the city council meetings with me. I am local to northern VA to so all I ask is that it be a legal operation.
