A neighbor has rescued a Homer from a hawk in her yard It is wearing FSIF #87 Band (Florida Suncoast Invitational Futurity) We contacted Race officials and they cant seem to come up with an owners name! It is over a week now and neighbr is eager to get bird out of her sun porch. If any one wants her, or has info, please post your contact info here asap. Thanks!!

If they can't give you an owner's name, then you're out of luck as far as finding the breeder. They should REALLY keep better records than that!!

If I lived in Florida, I would take it.

I had a racing homer return to the coop with my tumblers, and I contacted the owner through the local racing club, and he told me he didn't want the bird back because it was too stupid to return to it's own coop. Next time mine flew, I released the homer with them, and it didn't return.
