Seems a bit...?

So, this morning, I went out to the chicken yard to find my eleven-week-old cockerel trying to mate one of my grown hens (a little more than a year old). The head rooster, Matthew, knocked him off immediately, of course, but I was left thinking: That seems a bit early! What do y'all think? I hatched him myself, so I am absolutely positive as to his age.

Some cockerels wait much longer, some start even earlier than yours did.

I got a 3 month old already mounting ladies, he actually started about 2 months earlier though.

This might cause trouble with your head rooster - do have a plan B set up and ready to go, if they should start fighting. A long handled fish net can separate fighting birds, and a dog kennel can keep one temporarily.

What are your long term plans with him.

Eventually, I am going to sell him, but in the meantime I have a converted rabbit hutch that will house the new boys when they start stressing out my hens. And if I can't sell them, I will eat them!
