I've got the last one just coming out of its shell. The others hatched over the past 36 hours and they are pecking the snot out of it. Should I segregate it for a few hours or let nature run its course?

I can add a small divider in the bator.

I had this happen when my chicks hatched out a couple days apart. for some reason they all pecked the little guy while he was still wet. as soon as he dried out and started walking around he was fine. Segregate him a little until he gets his bearings and then he should be good to go.
