Seizing hen; is this MG effects?

Our black Australorp hen who had an eye issue a few months ago (folks on this site helped me treat her for MG) died yesterday after increasing lethargy and then what looked like seizures. She screeched as if being attacked, did flips, went stiff with legs out and eyes open and looked dead. But would come to and then fall asleep. I immediately started the flock on Tylosin powder and vitamins in their water. One other hen has me worried, she has a drippy nose and is fluffed up and I notice her comb has not developed at 7 months old (pic attached) while the rest have nice big red combs, she feels light, but is eating and drinking fine. Could this still be effects of MG? So sad for my poor girl and worried for the rest 😢. They are all from the same hatchery, raised together and eat layer feed with a treat a day.

It is possible that she had some neurological issue or brain inflammation from her respiratory disease. Most deaths I have witnessed when I have lost a chicken involve thrashing around and neck twisting. I think that can be normal “throes of death.” Close your flock to birds going out or into your flock, since they may be carriers. Sorry for your loss.,

Thank you. That makes sense. It was very traumatizing for sure and she seemed in pain. I hope the others don’t succumb to the same. Do you know if there’s anything else I should be doing? Is there anything I can do to help my hen with the undeveloped comb? I’ve bought all natural wormer, and they are currently on antibiotic and vitamins.
