Seizures?

I'm sorry about posting about my chick again, I just don't know whats going on. This morning after giving him yogurt and water through a syringe he seemed better, he started pooping which seemed like a good sign and even opened one eye. Then I noticed he was sleeping a lot without waking up to even make a sound which was odd for him. He was laying motionless but still breathing with his beak opening and closing. I think he's having seizures because he'll spasm out. Can someone help me?
